How to resolve fatal error message from QuickBooks?

Whenever I try to use QuickBooks then it shows fatal error message, it also shows error on the notice reports, bills, invoice etc. Due to this reason transaction and reports gets deleted. How to resolve this problem?

caroline 		It is important for the user to run verify to check the damage in the QuickBooks due to which it appears to be function erroneously and improperly. It is helpful in searching for the errors in file named Qbwin.log. You can identify only current errors in the data file by renaming the Qbwin.log file, located in your QuickBooks directory, to Qbwin.old. QuickBooks will create a new Qbwin.log file to store the results of the utility you ran most recently.
But sometimes when the error problem is severe then this utility does not resolve the problem. So in this condition user can use QuickBooks data recovery software. This software has been especially made to resolve the problem related to the QuickBooks Software.
