Pst19upg.exe utility can not created .psx file and thus fails to retrieve PST password. What to do?
PST is an important file that contains very important and crucial documents and mails of mine. In order to enforce data confidentiality to the PST file of Outlook I have used password-protection feature of Outlook and assigned password to the PST file. But unfortunately I have forgot my PST password and now I am unable to open the PST file. In order to strip off the PST Password I downloaded pst19upg.exe program and executed ‘pst19upg.exe –x xxx.pst’ command. As a final step to retrieve the password-free PST when I executed ‘pst19upg.exe –I xxx.psx’ command the tool fails to create PST from the PSX file. Now I don’t now how to recover the lost PST as I really need to access my PST password. So, please help me to get my PST password recovered, and any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
