Getting (0x80007000E): Out of memory or system resources in Outlook 2002 ?

I use Outlook 2002 for storing my important business documents such as mails, contacts, notes and many more. But now a day when I open my mails, it takes a lot of time and an error message gets appeared on the screen showing

“Sending and Receiving reported error (0x80007000E): Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.”

At the time of sending or receiving of mails, Outlook gets so slow due to which my work is getting severely hampered. I am not able to guess the reason behind this error. Recommend me any solution to get rid from this situation.

The error (0X80007000E) can be caused by two reasons: Your system is short of resources. It includes some motherboard issues or does not have required memory space. The second cause is the oversized PST file.

So, in order to resolve the error you can increase the memory of system and for motherboard issues, try to replace the motherboard.

To overcome the problem of oversized PST file delete useless mails, clear the Deleted Items Folder and compact the PST. You can also move the old mails to different PST file and thus reducing the size.

But these solutions don’t prove to be effective somewhere. So, to successfully resolve this error and to avoid the problems of slow performance of Outlook, you require Split PST tool. It will divide the large PST files into smaller partitions on the basis of different splitting options like Split by size, date, folder and email ID.
