Hi,
Reason for such an problem that you may have used configuration program or the backup status to back up your mail file. To restore the mail file from backup you may have recently used configuration or backup status or in encrypted folder may be mail file exist. There is no need to worry to. To resolve such problem you need to end the backup process. But it will take a time to end process and you would not able to end the process. Sometime it may arises due to corruption of .pst file. First use any of scanpst.exe utility ti scan corrupted personal storage file. Restart your outlook when repair process gets completed and open your inbox.

Moreover if you are still facing error use any featured and advanced pst repair tool like
