Getting file error in Sony Cybershot DSC-W50?

I had purchased a 4GB Sony memory stick PRO Duo it was working without any problems. But, presently I am not able to view picture taken. About 60 pics are there in it, but I could see only 30 of them as after that it becomes completely inaccessible. Also the screen goes blue and message file error shows up. I tried the card in other camera that ended same way so its almost sure problem is there in the card. I think the card must not have been of good quality and that is why such a problem has taken place. My question is that is there any way to recover those photos labeled as file error. I downloaded photo recovery and such other applications but the former cannot files and the other has no preview. Can anyone tell me of some program that could recover my pictures at all?

jennifer 		See since it appears to be memory stick problem –
• You should remove the stick and see if the camera gets stuck on any pictures present in the internal memory
• Or you should try to use the stick in laptop which has Sony stick slot or get a card adapter that includes Sony stick

Still, if it is not possible to read pics, then put stick back to camera and under settings format it. This wipes your photos, but yes they are not permanently lost. You need a tool for recovering those photos and it is very simple with Sony photo recovery other programs might not be able to do so because Sony camera’s uses a raw image i.e. s2 and applications specifically designed for such camera photo are able to retrieve photo and not just anyone, so just do it as soon as possible to get the photos back.
