How can I add video effects to my presentation? Is it possible to carry the PowerPoint presentation in the DVD?

I have created my presentation but, I want to add some more video effects to it so that it should look more vibrant and interactive. I also want it to play in any portable player as a video. What should I do? Can I also convert it into DVD readable format?
