How to use the Inbox Repair Tool to repair damaged PST file?

I am having a problem in my PST file as such the Microsoft Outlook is automatically trying to repair the damaged file. Whenever I am trying to start the windows it is telling that the Outlook is attempting to repair the mailbox folders. Can anyone solve the problem of the damaged PST file?

clodiya 		If the PST files have been damaged because of the electricity failure, then there are chances that the outlook files may have corrupted. In this situation you will have to Repair PST. In this case you can initially use the inbox repair tool in order to get relief from the corruption. You can find it by searching the Scanpst.exe in the system search. This will try to solve your problem. This is the right software to recover all the lost, corrupted or deleted PST files that contains all the important information. As such the Microsoft office Outlook is a popular information manager; it works and manages the time also.

richmond 		The damaged PST file can be repaired through Inbox Repair tool, this file is named as Scanpst.exe. For this you will have to install the Inbox repair tool. Then you will have to make sure that the Microsoft outlook should not run when the Inbox Repair Tool is running. The steps have started then you will be able to see the Inbox Repair Tool dialogue box. While the process is on you may get an error. Then you will have to copy the Scanpst.exe in the right location. But then if the problem is still there in running, then you will have to search for the hard disk with the file named as CNFNOT32.EXE and then you can run it. At the time of running it should unpack and copy the Scanpst.exe file to its default path. Once the inbox repair tool has started then you will have to use the browse button to select your PST file. After all this you can click the start button and then the scanning process has been started. Then you will have to mark the checkbox in order to make the backup of the scanned file and then you can click to the Repair button and when this has been completed you can properly start Outlook and use your recovered personal Outlook folders.
