You are getting this error message because the memory card is corrupted. Memory card can be corrupted because of the unexpected camera shutdown, file system damage and serious virus infection.

As it is written in the error message that you have to format your memory card of Pentax K-7 then you should do that. Formatting can only be performed on your camera, not on your system. But formatting has the disadvantage of losing every file which is saved on the memory card. To recover the formatted files, you can make use of the pentax photo recovery software. The software makes use of the advanced search algorithms to scan and then to recover the formatted files.
