Outlook 2GB file does not execute when opened. ?

I have a file whose volume is more than 2GB. If I try to open that it says utilize outlook repair tool……I then tried it many a time but I was unable to repair it. Please help me to crack such puzzle or tell about methods of accessing my large outlook file!

nekura 		Microsoft presents a repair tool to repair single file program whose name is scanpst.exe. It is an executable file. Whenever Microsoft outlook is installed on any computer then by default repair tool is loaded in program files of the computer’s drive. It is found in system file. If you have tried a lot and still your outlook file is not accessible then there may be corruption or some file missing in that file. So, the other option which comes is software develop it. In market you can easily find outlook pst repair tool.
