Recovering of songs which got deleted from iPod while syncing to an empty iTunes. ?

I have around 5000 songs on my iPod Classic and I had decided it to add like films from a file on my computer. So in iTunes, I get add all the films on the ‘my iPod’ file and than only on syncing films I accidentally go into ‘SYNC’, everything on the iPod got lost and immediately my iTunes was empty. In a result I left with no songs. Even I don’t know that how these files can get retrieved. Is there any recovery program which can make the recovery of my entire songs?

Johnson 		How come you got lost with your song files from both your iPod and iTunes? You can opt for certain recovery options for your lost songs. As it’s hard to use your iPod with multiple computers, but you can do this by picking up the ‘main’ computer as with this only you can sync your iPod with. Now on other computers drag the music to the iPod as a flash drive. Now on the main computer, get the music out of the iPod flash drive and add them to your library and than sync. In this way, you can better restore iPod data. Your entire lost and deleted song files can get recovered with this mode.
