At a fixed interval of time-span Outlook AutoArchive automatically backs up all the messages. Most of the professionals create PST backup files to save on computer or their laptop or in external media storage like: CDs, external hard drive, etc. The stored PST files on remote place are free of the MS Outlook Server. Here your responsibility become to store safely these data so backup is the right choice for everyone.
Before backup the above data, first make them .PST file by following the below given steps, such as:
Step 1: Launch the Outlook on your system.
Step 2: Click “File” menu and choose “Import And Export”
Step 3: Choose “Export to a file” and then select “Personal Folder File (.PST)”
Step 4: Choose the folder that have Express Emails and then click “Next”
Step 5: Reset a folder on remote where the new PST file will be back up.
Step 6: Press “Finish”.
After a few moments, all the emails will be the reset folder. Now you can export that folder when you want either: UDB, pens drive, external hard drive, blank CDs, etc.
