Permission settings have been supported for every file by Macintosh. If any file has not any write permission then that file ends up in the trash and you can not delete them. Rm -rf command you can use to delete your file but this command should be carefully used as it can delete other files also in trash if not used properly which can lead to the trash recovery.

Open the terminal application and type there ‘sudo rm-rf’. Then open trash and then open edit menu and select the Select All. Then drag all files into the Terminal window. Then press return. But if the files are locked then this command won’t work. So, unlock them and then use the command.
