Plug a USB cable in to your iPhone and then connect its other end to Computer’s USB port. Then click the start, all programs and then iTunes to run the iTunes on the system.
If you have Mac OS then in Finder, open an Application folder and then double click an iTunes icon. Then in a resources section you can click a link to download iphone application software. Then save that file to the desktop. Then in iTunes sidebar, click an iPhone tab and then click the Restore. Then click Backup and then Restore. Then wait for some times to reset the iPhone to its original settings. After completing the restoration process, select the Set up as a new iPhone. Then click the Continue. First hold a Shift key and also click the Check for the Update. Then select an OS 2.1 and press Open or Choose to install a 2.1 software.
