What is the best method to recover the crashed files from the digital camera. ?

I was handling the digital camera but unknown about how it works. I went to my one of the best friend and talk about that how it can be worked for taking picture and images and store it. He says about its working process and about memory card. When I get attached the memory card I just used to take the pictures from this; suddenly it drops out to the floor. I saw that the digital camera was not crashed but, my pictures were get corrupted from memory card. I want to get back it now. How can it be possible? Help me out.
